What a day we had, We locked up the house and all had a walk up to the Imperial pub where we were treated to an amazing 2 course lunch, each and everyone truly enjoyed there choices and what a choice they had MAINS Now That’s What I Call A Christmas Burger Roast Turkey Steak and Joseph Holt’s Ale Pie    Joseph Holt’s Beer Battered Fish and Chips  Wexford Chicken      DESSERTS Baked Biscoff ‘Cheesecake” (ve)    Humble Apple and Blackberry Crumble (v)    Christmas Pudding (v) 

Every month we sit and ask everyone what they would like to see on the menu, activities and a wide range of other items. One of the things asked for by many was sticky toffee pudding, so this was done, assisted by staff L and M made one of the best sticky toffee cakes I've personally seen and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it with some homemade custard by Del. We found a recipe online and modified it slightly, so if you need the recipe, give us a shout! Lets not forget this time
